I will be posting updates to my health here so people can check and know if I need prayer, am available, or not available. Currently, I am doing pretty well. Could use some prayer for severe chemical allergies that make life difficult. I am having a hard time with some fatigue. Trying to exercise each day. Exercise helps a lot of things when you are not sick and a lot more when you are!

Think I am trying to get a cold. Never got sick last winter. There is a lot of smoke in the air from fires burning in British Colombia. Took some vitamin C. Can't take too much or my immune system will wake up and reject my heart.

It was a crazy couple of months for me. Ended up that my health slowly declined and I became very fatigued and weak. There were many things that could have contributed to feeling bad, but it was hard for the docs to figure out. At my very end, I cried for the Lord to heal me this past Sunday at church. He did. WOW! For the first time in eight and a half years--I feel GREAT! It is so good to be healthy. I am ready for what the Lord has placed before me and look forward to traveling and sharing the HOPE of His love and care for each one.
